Why Is It So Important To Be Spontaneous?

Psychologically many of us live almost exclusively turned away from our
auththentic selves. It is a challenge to sustain a connection to
presence in the now and our truth. By learning about how we work inside
we can reorient ourselves towards our most authentic and spontaneous
selves.

Expressive art is spontanous art - creation without pre-planning and it
often points out psychological patterns we are unaware of. Our souls
speak to us in imagery and through symbolism in dreams, in our daily
lives, in spontaneous art. This site will help you do your own inner
work and will inspire you to find out that you are much larger and more
multidimensional than you may realize. Life is a process of creation
and discovery. You can read my personal story of moving closesr to my

In Depth Collage Journalling Course

My main expressive art workshop offering is called Collage for
Self-Discovery. Part 1 takes you deeply into a daily spontaneous art
practice. Most of us do not allow much spontaneity in our lives and
often life can feel dull and routine. It is easy however to surrender
control and find out surprising things about yourself with spontaneous
collage.

No previous art experience is needed. You will be amazed at how much
your collages will express all the parts of yourself, both known and
hidden from your conscious understanding.

Part 2 of Collage for Self-Discovery offers tools to help you move
through the more the more shadowy parts of your soul and your
psychology and make peace with them so that you can face the current
challenges of your life.
